Frequently asked questions
Why not use charcoal every day?
Charcoal works by polishing. Repeated daily, it ends up wearing the enamel, which does not grow back. As a top-up, it gives the benefit without the drawback.
Does charcoal change the colour of teeth?
It removes the stains sitting on the surface and makes the smile brighter. It does not change the underlying shade, which is largely genetic.
Two charcoal tubes — is that a lot?
At once or twice a week, two tubes last a long time. It is the format that saves you from reordering.
Does it stain the sink?
A rinse is enough. The paste is black but colours neither the enamel nor the ceramic.
