In detail
Everything about this product
Dentists often give this tip to lovers of iced coffee, tea or soda: drinking through a straw placed towards the back of the mouth limits the drink’s contact with the visible surface of your front teeth. These stainless steel straws wash and reuse, at home or at the office.

What you get
- 4 or 8 straws in 304 stainless steel according to the supplier, straight and bent (the pack of 8 pictured has 4 of each)
- A cleaning brush supplied with the pack
- Silver, gold, rose, rainbow or black finish; on the pack of 8, a mix of finishes chosen by the supplier

And for stains already there
A straw removes no stains: it only limits contact. For surface discolouration left by coffee and tea, our Anti-Coffee Stains toothpaste, with gentle silica and no peroxide, gradually polishes away deposits, brushing after brushing. The two habits work together.

Care and precautions
Run the brush through the straw in hot soapy water after each use, then let it dry. Stainless steel conducts heat: keep these straws for cold or lukewarm drinks. Do not let a young child walk or run with a rigid straw in their mouth.

Frequently asked questions
Does a straw prevent stains?
Not on its own. Placed towards the back of the mouth, it limits the drink’s contact with the visible surface of your front teeth. Brushing twice a day remains the basis, and an anti-stain toothpaste deals with surface discolouration.
Can I use them for hot drinks?
Better not: stainless steel conducts heat and the straw can get very hot. These straws are made for cold or lukewarm drinks: iced coffee, iced tea, juice, soda.
How do I clean them?
Run the brush through the straw in hot soapy water after each use, rinse and let air-dry. The supplier does not say whether they are dishwasher-safe, so we do not promise it.
What is the difference between the finishes?
They are all stainless steel. Silver is the metal’s natural colour; gold, rose, rainbow and black are a surface finish whose nature the supplier does not specify. The mix in the pack of 8 is chosen by the supplier.
