These round heads carry tufts of bristles that are angled and cross each other instead of standing straight: the manufacturer states a 16° angle. It is the design of Oral-B’s best-selling family of heads, meant to reach between the teeth with each oscillation. They click onto the handle shaft, no tools needed.
