Everything about this product
These generic replacement tips (not made by Fairywill) are compatible with the Fairywill 5020E cordless water flosser (the one we sell), whatever its colour: black, white, grey, blue, pink or purple. They are standard tips with a fine jet and an angled end, the same type as the tip supplied with the device.
What you receive
- 8 standard tips, all black or all white (the white ones have a light blue ring).
- About 10 cm long, plastic (seller’s information).
- Enough to change the tip every 3 months for two years, or to give each person who uses the device their own tip.
Why change the tip
A tip is replaced like a brush head: we suggest every 3 months, sooner if it is cracked or damaged, and one tip per person when the device is shared.
Check your model
The seller lists these tips for the FW-5020E family only. They do not fit the Fairywill L12, 169 or collapsible water flossers, which have their own tips. The seller does not mention the 5020A: write to us before ordering.

How often should I change the tip?
We suggest every 3 months, like a brush head, and sooner if the tip is cracked or damaged. With 8 tips, one person is covered for two years; two people for one year.
How do I fit a new tip?
Remove the worn tip and push the new one into its place, like the tip supplied with the device, until it holds firmly. Test it over the sink before using it in your mouth.
Why a pack of 8 and not 4?
Because shipping a pack of 4 costs almost as much as a pack of 8: the price per tip would have been much higher. The pack of 8 covers two years for one person.
What if the tip does not fit my device?
You have 30 days to return it to us. Not sure before ordering? Send us a photo of your water flosser and its tip and we will check the model with you.
