In detail
Everything about this product
The 5020E water flosser (Fairywill) directs a pulsed jet of water between the teeth and along the gum line, where a toothbrush cannot reach. It is designed for adults who want to complement brushing and dental floss, in particular with braces. It is used alongside your usual toothpaste; it does not whiten teeth.
Who it is for
For people with braces, bridges or implants, for sensitive gums thanks to the gentle mode, and for those who struggle with dental floss. If you have persistent bleeding or gum disease, ask your dentist before using it.
Features
- Pulsed jet, up to 1,800 pulses per minute (manufacturer data)
- 3 modes: normal, gentle, massage
- Removable 300 ml reservoir, for one minute of uninterrupted use
- 21-day battery life, USB charging
- IPX7 water resistance, compact and lightweight
- Colours: black or white
- Contents: 1 water flosser, 4 tips (2 standard, 1 orthodontic, 1 periodontal, 1 tongue scraper), 1 reservoir, 1 USB cable, 1 manual
What it does, and what it does not do
The jet flushes out food debris and part of the plaque lodged between the teeth and below the gum line. It does not replace brushing or dental floss, which both remain useful, nor a scaling by your dentist. It has no effect on the colour of teeth and does not treat diseased gums.
How to use it
After brushing, fill the reservoir with lukewarm water, fit the tip and start with the gentle mode. Lean over the sink with your mouth slightly open, and follow the gum line, pausing between each tooth, for about one minute in total. Empty and dry the reservoir after use.

The interdental sidekick: one jet, one minute
Even a perfect brushing only reaches about 60% of your teeth’s surfaces. The 5020E’s pulsed jet cleans between teeth and along the gumline — one minute, 300 ml tank. A complement to your brush, not its replacement.

FAQ
Does it replace dental floss?
It’s a practical alternative, especially with braces or sensitive gums — but the honest answer depends on your teeth. Our article water flosser or dental floss compares them properly.
Does it hurt? My gums bleed easily.
Start with the Gentle mode and lukewarm water. Early bleeding often reflects existing inflammation and tends to subside with regular use; if it persists beyond two weeks, see your dentist.
How do I use it well?
Lean over the sink, close your lips loosely, and follow the gumline tooth by tooth. The full method is in our guide: using a water flosser properly.
