Are these heads made by Oral-B, Philips or Waterpik?
No. Our Oral-B, Philips Sonicare and Waterpik compatible heads and tips are generic: another manufacturer makes them to fit these handles. They are neither made nor endorsed by these brands, whose names are only mentioned to show compatibility. On the Fairywill side, items marked “generic compatible” are not made by Fairywill either.
Does a round Oral-B head fit an Oral-B iO?
No. The iO range has its own fitting. Our round heads fit handles that take a round click-on head (Vitality, Pro, Smart, Genius, Professional Care…), and our iO heads only fit the iO 2 to iO 10.
How do I know which Fairywill model I have?
The model name is engraved on the back of the handle. D7, FW-507, FW-508 (D8), FW-917 and FW-959 take the same family of heads; E11, E10, E6 and D7S take another; the P11 has its own.
My model is not in the list: what should I do?
The tool only offers the models listed on our product pages, and it shows the ones our pages exclude. If yours is missing, compare with your current head or write to us before ordering: we will check with you.
How often should I change the head or tip?
Every 3 months, or sooner as soon as the bristles splay. If several people share the same handle, each keeps their own head.
