Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute not resolved with our customer service, you will be able to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, after sending us a written complaint at contact@eclatdent.fr. Our membership of a consumer mediation scheme is in progress: the mediator’s details will be published here as soon as it is confirmed.

The toothpastes sold on eclatdent.fr are manufactured by SADOER. Accessories and tooth gems are selected by ÉclatDent and shipped by our logistics partner. Brush heads and nozzles described as “compatible” are not manufactured by the brands whose names they mention: Oral-B, Philips Sonicare, Waterpik and Fairywill are trademarks of their respective owners, cited solely to indicate compatibility.
