How to use it
One tube after the other, never two at once: open the next one when the previous is finished. Brush twice a day for two minutes, morning and evening, then spit without rinsing so the fluoride keeps working on the enamel.
What it does and what it does not
It works on the surface stains left by coffee and tea: the first shades show after two to three weeks, and the result settles over four to six weeks. It does not change the underlying shade of the tooth, contains no chemical bleaching agent, and replaces neither a scaling nor your dentist's advice.

How often should the head be changed?
Every three months, or as soon as the bristles splay or whiten. After a sore throat or the flu, change it too: at about €1 per head, it is the cheapest hygiene habit in the bathroom.
How do you know a head is worn?
