How to use it
One tube after the other: open the next when the previous is finished. Brush twice a day for two minutes, morning and evening, over every surface of the teeth, then spit without rinsing so the fluoride keeps working on the enamel.
What it does and what it does not
It cleans, freshens and gradually works on the surface stains left by coffee and tea: first shades after two to three weeks, result settled over four to six weeks. It does not change the underlying shade of the tooth, contains no peroxide, and replaces neither a scaling nor your dentist's advice.

How often should the head be changed?
Every three months, or as soon as the bristles splay or whiten. After a sore throat or the flu, change it too: at about €1 per head, it is the cheapest hygiene habit in the bathroom.
How do you know a head is worn?
