Those deposited on the surface, yes, gradually: first shades after two to three weeks, result settled over four to six weeks. The underlying shade of a tooth, no: it is not changed.
Should you wait before brushing after a coffee?
Waiting twenty to thirty minutes is a good habit: the enamel is temporarily softened by acidity.
